Here at APTTI, we are always there to support you and clear your doubts. You can always send a mail or chat with the student coordinator on all weekdays and Saturday from 10am to 5 pm. If there is any query on your end about how to access the course or about the course basics, student support will always be there if you reach them during the working hours.
You will never return with nothing if you are in search for assistance from the senior academic team. However, for the same, you need to book an appointment and schedule a Skype call or a phone call. Though you do have the provision for choosing a preferable time, the institute will decide the final time of the meeting.
We would like to inform to the aspirants that tutors cannot be reached out on Sundays or other public holidays. In case there is an urgent issue that needs attention, you can leave a message to the tutor in WhatsApp. The tutor will surely reach you as soon as possible.
After you complete the course, we will continue to support you in your search for jobs and placement.
